A. Top Training Broker (TTB) allows buyers to directly access the Learning and Development (L&D) services market and advertise their L&D related needs for FREE by posting projects. Buyers then receive tailored replies from suitable providers which you can manage, view and sort in your personalised dashboard area. Buyers can also search our extensive international directory of over 3,000 L&D service and product providers.

A. Registering is easy. If you are a buyer you have two options: simply fill in a quick registration form and start searching our provider directory. Or complete our short full registration form to start posting projects. If you are an L&D provider or supplier of L&D related services then you simply fill in a registration form, choose your annual subscription option and complete your provider profile to be featured in our directory and access contract opportunities.

A. Buyers can post any Learning & Development related project. This includes finding a training provider or consultant, buying training materials or resources, finding learning software, sourcing venues or equipment, finding a managed training services provider or any other learning and development related needs.

A. No. TTB does not deliver any training so we are totally independent.

A. No. Buyers have no obligation to choose any of the replies as their provider but Buyers will only receive replies which satisfy their stated criteria and should contact at least one provider with a view to awarding the project.

A. Top Training Broker will give you an advertising platform and access to relevant contract opportunities which you can reply to. This gives you the opportunity to win more business and promote your business in the marketplace to a larger number of businesses and organisations. A. If you are a Buyer then it is FREE to register and use the website. If you are a provider then you can choose from three subscription options: basic (free), standard (£69) or premium (£129).
